Good Job folks !!!!!

I know that most of you don't know me because am not from Basse but everyone from Basse is like family to me.
I went to high school with Pa Joof, Gambia College school of nursing with Bakary Jallow and worked at the Basse Health Center for atleast one year two months. While i was working at the Basse Health Center, everyone one who i came across with treated me with respect and like a brother.I never felt like a stranger when i was in Basse.
The people of Basse taught me a lot while i was working there and the experience i learned from the elders there is still helping me excel forward. Thanks to the advices from Master Musa Jallow , Alagie Ebrima Kula Jallow and the venerable imam at that time whose fatherly roles i still miss.
I am honestly proud of you folks and your noble heritage.

Thanks

Like my uncle Sellu said earlier, it is a journey that we are willing to pullover to pick up people on our way home. We have enough space for you to rest while we drive you. It is good to hear from people like you. Thank you.

Re: Good Job folks !!!!!

Mr. Darboe,

Like my nephew ( Bakary Jallow ) mentioned in his posting, you are warmly welcome to join in our struggle to give back a bit to Basse..........
Membership is open to any well-wisher and donation thru our bank account ( which is obtainable thru the webmaster ) is always highly welcomed.
SO let me do some Jalybah's work here bit. Just looking for funds anywhere to aid the organisation.

You can alternatively leave your details on the mailing list which is right down on the "About Basse" tab.
You will be updated like any other person interested in the project.
May you too be guided Allahu tala.

Cheers

What a Great Idea

Thanks to all the people that came up with this idea. I got the message from Saidou Jallow. I think this is an excellent way of helping rebuild Basse. I went there last year to returned the body of my late brother Yaya and I can't believed what I saw. The town is looking like a ghost town and I think is about time for us to take charge and rebuild our beloved town. I would for sure help spread the word around.

Greetings to you Sellou.
