After a slow start, the Basse Association's website (www.mybasse.org) has begun to enjoy an increased amount of readership traffic. The rapid surge is a direct testament to the hard work being put into keeping the site fresh with new articles. We currently enjoy a huge readership traffic from around the globe with hits coming from places like Thailand, Seychelles, Austria and Belarus, to name just a few.
Readership levels reached a high of 140,554 hits in the month of February, 137,000 plus in the month of January, and over 100,000 already for the month of March. It has been a good year for us.
On behalf of the Basse Association, the editorial board would like to thank the readership; you, for your continuous support. As Wuyeh Yorro Sanyang mentioned in his interview above, with your help, we will continue the “good initiative in putting the town of Basse back in the forefront where it belongs." You motivate us, “Collectively We Can Make a Difference.” We solicit your continuous support and invite all Basseraians and friends of Basse to join us in making a difference for the township of Basse.
